RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Combat Club

We take pride in the quality of every garment we produce. If you received the correct order but are not satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be free of animal or human hair

  • Items must not have odors, including smoke, cologne, deodorant, detergent, or sweat stains

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


Exchanges & Shipping

  • Combat Club does not cover return shipping costs for exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us

  • Combat Club will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item

  • Once your return is received, exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days


Money-Back Returns

  • Combat Club does not cover return shipping costs

  • Items must pass all inspection requirements

  • If an item shows any signs of wear, it will not qualify for a refund and will be issued store credit instead

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a 5 percent processing fee


Store Credit

  • Combat Club does not cover return shipping costs for store credit

  • Store credit is issued after the returned item passes inspection

  • Combat Club covers shipping for the new item only

  • Items marked Final Sale or Sale are not eligible for store credit or exchange


Final Sale & Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale or Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.


Order Cancellations

To account for processing and restocking costs, order cancellations are subject to a 10–15 percent cancellation fee.


Limited Drop Items

Due to limited inventory on drops, size exchanges are not guaranteed. Please ensure you order the correct size before completing your purchase.


How to Initiate an Exchange

To begin an exchange, please use our return portal:

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at:

combatclubgear@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Email used at checkout

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo of the item


Return or Exchange Status

If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been completed.


Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us at combatclubgear@gmail.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Email used at checkout

  • Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip

Once confirmed, we will provide a return label and ship the correct item within 7–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email combatclubgear@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Email used at checkout

  • Your request (replacement or refund)

  • Clear photos showing the issue, taken on a flat surface with tags visible

This information helps us resolve your issue and prevent future errors.


Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, email combatclubgear@gmail.com and we will contact the courier.

If the package cannot be located, you may choose between:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, Combat Club is not responsible

  • If we entered the address incorrectly, we will issue a replacement or refund

  • If the courier delivers to the wrong address despite correct information, we will issue a replacement or refund


Stolen Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Please wait up to 7 days, as couriers sometimes mark items delivered early

  • After 7 days, the package is considered stolen

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages. Please ensure your order is shipped to a secure location.
